Growth and stuff.

Today marks the end of my first year as a vegetarian. Happy birthday to me! It probably sounds silly to some of you people who have been vegan for like FOREVER… but yes, this makes me happy and proud.

I should probably make a super detailed post on how vegetarianism changed me, but I’m short on time, so I’ll just say that I feel good eating this way, and that I hope I’ll be able to keep up the green work! To celebrate the occasion – not – I’m making indian-ish socca, using the same recipe as last time and a not-so-secret ingredient, which I’ll share if the recipe is worth it, and soup using a combo of veggies I’m not too sure about. Again… if it’s any good, I’ll let you people know.

On a more fangirly note, today I’m all about (never home)maker, Ashley and Stephen’s blog. I mean… not-shampoo, running tips and sweet potato brownie — what’s not to like?
